The Ryugaku Journal Pocket Book is published by Ryugaku (Study Abroad) Journal, Inc., first established in 1971 as ICS. RJ is the oldest and the most experienced study abroad agency in Japan. RJ has been publishing its quarterly magazine, Ryugaku Journal for more than 25 years, and the RJ Pocket Book is also produced by the publishers of Ryugaku Journal.
Issued annually, the country-specific Pocket Books are available for free from local embassies, public facilities, high schools, and university international offices. The RJ Pocket Book serves to address lifestyle issues that concern most prospective students. They are a valuable starting tool to help familiarize visitors prior to departure with various local and school information.
